          <description>Our established client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong track record for their varied and interesting B2B business development position in London. 

This office based, Senior Sales Executive role will involve sales of the market leading brand of exhibitions, exhibition space, trade advertising and marketing/sponsorship packages to an existing client base, and also the development of new business accounts.

Knowledge of, or experience with, the professional hair, beauty, spa, nails, cosmetic and skincare markets would be beneficial, as would experience of organising or working with/at exhibitions or selling advertising or sponsorship within any service or product sector.

Senior Sales Executive responsibilities include:-

&amp;gt; Following up sales leads and creating new ones by cold calling prospects
&amp;gt; Maximising all sales opportunities to achieve targets
&amp;gt; Building long term relationships to achieve repeat business

To hit the ground running, a talented door opener, relationship builder and skilled sales closer is required to be responsible for the complete sales cycle of this project and eventually for the full management of all sales for 3 established ‘high-growth’ professional beauty brands owned by the Company.

Business Development Manager Person Specification:- 

Applications are invited from motivated and enthusiastic sales professionals with a proven track record of sales achievement in the Consumer market; ideally with existing contacts in major national and independent UK department stores/mail order companies such as Superdrug and Boots.

A beauty sales background would be a distinct advantage, as this exciting new role will involve sales management and day to day activity for 3 major brands of lash extensions, fake lashes and a full range of retail skus to the professional beauty trade, spa, college and student markets.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:-

- Meeting sales expectations and targets of new and existing beauty, lash, eyebrow and nail products focussed on the professional beauty trade sector, college market and consumer/retail markets.
- Up-selling and cross selling to existing trade beauty customers and opening new salon, spa and college accounts. 

Beauty Sales Manager Requirements:-

A proven track record in beauty sales is essential together with contacts and experience within the consumer sector are essential to create a launch platform.
A background or qualification in professional beauty and experience in consumer exhibitions would also be an advantage.
This is an office based role so ideally applicants will live within an hour of the Essex based office. There will be client/prospect visits so a clean driving licence is essential along with a flexible attitude to working hours.
