Job Description :
Korean Reservations Agent Manchester City Centre up to £16,000

Due to ongoing expansion our client a leading provider of services in the travel industry has vacancies for an Evening Customer support person for their expanding Korean division.

Attributes & Skills:

• Connects with the customer immediately
• Knowledge of the customers needs
• Has empathy for the customers situation
• Is able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
• Talks in a way the customer can understand
• Able to handle complaints
• Works accurately and with an eye for detail
• Handles in the best interest of both customer and the company
• Is able to use automated information systems to analyse the customers situation
• Suggest improvements to the various communications by the company (e.g. website, FAQ, etc)
• Has a pleasant, friendly style
• Is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer
• Computer literate e mails etc
