Due to ongoing expansion our client a leading provider of services in the travel industry has vacancies for an Evening Customer support person for their expanding Spanish division.
Attributes & Skills:
Connects with the customer immediately
Knowledge of the customers needs
Has empathy for the customers situation
Is able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
Talks in a way the customer can understand
Able to handle complaints
Works accurately and with an eye for detail
Handles in the best interest of both customer and the company
Is able to use automated information systems to analyse the customers situation
Suggest improvements to the various communications by the company (e.g. website, FAQ, etc)
Has a pleasant, friendly style
Is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer
Computer literate e mails etc
